💰 Payment Terms

• Registration Fee: ₹590 — paid online via Paytm at time of registration. Non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Agency Service Charge: Equal to one month's maid salary (minimum ₹10,000). Payable when maid joins. One-time — not yearly.
• All charges must be cleared before the maid joins.

🔄 Replacement Policy

• Up to 3 free replacements within 1 year of maid placement.
• 10-day notice required before releasing the maid.
• Replacement maid's salary cannot be less than the first maid's salary.
• ❌ No replacement if: Client changes the task or salary after final maid is placed.
• ❌ No replacement if: Maid leaves due to client misbehaviour, overwork, or salary reduction.
• ❌ No replacement if: Contract is cancelled by client. No refund either.
• Maid absent due to illness/emergency within 7 days — no replacement. After 7 days, replacement can be requested.

⏰ Working Hours & Salary Guide

• Part Time: 2–4 hours/day | ₹6,000–₹10,000/month
• Full Day: 8–12 hours/day | ₹14,000–₹18,000/month
• Live-in: 24-hour availability | ₹19,000–₹21,000/month
  Active hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM max. Maximum 12 active working hours. Overwork NOT allowed.
• 👩‍🍼 Nanny cum Maid (NEW): Baby care + light housework | Typically Live-in
  Minimum baby age: 1 year. Ideal for working parents needing childcare + household help.
• 🏥 Care Taker (NEW): Full-time dedicated patient/elderly care | ₹25,000–₹30,000/month (Live-in)
  For serious illness, post-surgery recovery, bedridden patients, or long-term care needs.

🔒 Security & Other Rules

• Agency provides: Aadhaar/PAN, address proof, police verification & emergency contact.
• Maids hired for cooking will NOT perform toilet cleaning.
• Nanny cum Maid: Handles baby care + light housework. Minimum baby age 1 year.
• Care Taker: Full-time dedicated caretaker. Salary ₹25,000–₹30,000/month (Live-in).
• Only 2 holidays per month without prior permission.
• By registering and paying, you agree to all above terms.
