• Advance payments
• Agency fees

Once the payment is successfully made, it will not be refunded, either fully or partially.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their service request at any time. However, no refund will be issued after cancellation.

Cancellation will only stop further service processing or candidate matching.

3. Replacement Policy

We provide replacement support as per the selected plan/package.

• If a maid leaves the job within the agreed period, we will try to provide a suitable replacement.
• Replacement is subject to availability of candidates.
• Client requirements and service area coverage will be considered.

4. Service Commitment

Maid Services IN by Coder Machine acts as a service provider/agency connecting clients with domestic workers.

• No guarantee of exact candidate availability at all times
• No guarantee of immediate joining
• No guarantee of long-term retention of any maid

5. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance to initiate the service.
• Services will only begin after successful payment confirmation.

6. Client Responsibility

• Clearly communicate requirements
• Verify the maid during trial/interview
• Maintain a safe and respectful work environment

7. Changes to Policy
