💰 Payment Terms
- Registration Fee: Currently FREE (limited offer). Non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Agency Service Charge: Equal to one month maid salary (minimum ₹10,000). Payable at the time maid joins. One-time payment — not yearly.
- All charges must be cleared before the maid joins.
🔄 Replacement Policy
- Up to 3 free replacements within 1 year of maid placement.
- 10-day notice required before releasing the maid.
- Replacement maid's salary cannot be less than the first maid's salary.
- ❌ No replacement if: Client changes the task or salary after final maid is placed.
- ❌ No replacement if: Maid leaves due to client misbehaviour, overwork, or salary reduction.
- ❌ No replacement if: Contract is cancelled by client (no refund either).
- Maid absent due to illness/emergency (within 7 days) — no replacement. After 7 days, replacement can be requested.
⏰ Working Hours Policy
- Part Time: 2–4 hours | ₹6,000–10,000/month
- Full Day: 8–12 hours | ₹14,000–18,000/month
- Live-in: 24-hour availability | ₹19,000–21,000/month
Working hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM maximum (breaks not counted). Maximum 12 active working hours. - ❌ Overwork is NOT allowed. Maid cannot be made to work beyond permitted hours.
🏖️ Holidays
- Only 2 holidays per month allowed without special permission.
- Additional holidays require prior permission from the client.
🔒 Security Guidelines
- Client must check maid's bags before entry and exit.
- Agency provides: Aadhar/PAN card, address proof, police verification token, and emergency contact.
- Maid cannot leave client's premises without prior permission.
- Clients encouraged to submit candidate documents to nearby police station.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Maids hired for cooking will NOT perform toilet cleaning.
- Agency handles only recruitment and replacements. Personal disputes between client and maid are not mediated.
- By registering, you agree to all above terms, even without signing.
