At Maid Services IN by Coder Machine, we aim to provide reliable domestic help services. This Replacement Policy outlines the terms under which replacement of a maid may be provided.

1. Replacement Eligibility

• Replacement is available only if included in the selected package or plan.
• The client must inform us within the valid service period.

2. Replacement Conditions

• Replacement will be provided if the maid leaves the job voluntarily.
• Replacement may be provided if the maid is not suitable based on reasonable grounds.
• All replacement requests are subject to availability of candidates.

3. Replacement Limit

A limited number of replacements will be provided as per the selected plan.

• Unlimited replacements are not guaranteed.
• After the limit is reached, additional charges may apply.

4. Time for Replacement

• Replacement may take time depending on availability and location.
• No commitment for immediate replacement.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and respectful working environment.
• Clearly communicate requirements.
• Avoid misuse or unreasonable replacement requests.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

• No replacement if the client terminates the maid without valid reason.
• No replacement in case of non-payment or violation of terms.
• No replacement after service period expires.

7. No Refund Policy

Replacement is the only support provided. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

8. Service Nature

Maid Services IN by Coder Machine is a platform connecting clients with domestic workers. We do not employ the maids directly.

9. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
