Welcome to Maid Services IN by Coder Machine. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or making any payment.

1. Service Nature

Maid Services IN by Coder Machine is a platform that connects clients with domestic workers such as maids, cooks, babysitters, and caretakers. We act only as a service provider/agency and do not employ the workers directly.

2. Registration & Payment

• All users must register and pay the required fee to access maid profiles.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Service will start only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Profile Sharing Limit

Each registration allows a maximum of 3 maid profiles to be shared with the client.

• Once 3 profiles are shared, the service will be considered fulfilled.
• Additional profiles may require extra charges.

4. Hiring Responsibility

• The client is solely responsible for interviewing and selecting the maid.
• Final hiring decision must be taken by the client after proper verification.

5. Salary & Payments

• Salary and working conditions must be mutually agreed upon between client and maid.
• Maid Services IN is not responsible for salary disputes.

6. Travel & Transport Charges

Any travel, ticket, or transport charges will be paid directly by the client to the maid.

• This includes train, bus, auto, or relocation expenses.
• Maid Services IN by Coder Machine is not responsible for these payments.

7. Replacement Policy

• Replacement will be provided only if included in the selected package.
• Replacement depends on availability and location.
• No guarantee of immediate replacement.

8. No Guarantee

• We do not guarantee job continuity of any maid.
• We do not guarantee behavior, performance, or retention.

9. Liability Limitation

Maid Services IN by Coder Machine is not responsible for:

• Any theft, damage, or loss caused by the maid
• Personal disputes between client and maid
• Any legal or police matters

10. Client Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and respectful working environment
• Verify identity and background of the maid
• Follow all local laws and regulations

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service if any misuse, fraud, or inappropriate behavior is detected.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts only.
